ABSTRACTThe children dedicate an important part of their life to see television (TV), diverse investigations have emitted the hypothesis that this produce obesity for one or more than three mechanisms: Displacement of the physical activity, increase of the consumption of not good quality food while you look TV or caused by the effect of the publicity and reduction of the metabolism repose. The males that seeing more than three hours of television a day have twice more probabilities of being obese than those that seeing it less than one hour a day, therefore one of the important strategies inside the treatment is to restrict this, some complementary treatment rules are revised.
