ABSTRACT

We report a case of a 12 years old male with Teratological bilateral dislocation of the hip and congenital bilateral dislocation of the knee with patelar agenesia, as well as other congenital anomalies.
The orthopaedic and genetic diagnosis was Seckel Syndrome. There are just 5 cases published in the world literature.
