ABSTRACT

Subarachnoid hemorrhage secondary to aneurysm rupture is associated with elevated morbimortality and diverse complications, being normotensive hydrocephalous the most common. The objective of this work is to present a case of this entity with special relevance to the Evan´s Index and diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
