Doege-Potter Syndrome. Case report

ABSTRACT

Doege-Potter syndrome was report in 1930, this uncommon entity consist in the association between symptomatic hypoglycemia and intrathoracic tumor, we report a clinical case in female 77 years old with previous hypoglycemia and incidental finding of tumour in posterior mediastinum in chest X ray. Case report had a relevant interest because medical practice always should be considered this diagnosis in this very characteristic association
