ABSTRACT

Nasal melanoma is a very rare disease, but with a very bad prognosis. The present case concerns a patient who presented with a nasal mass, whose histopathological report was of melanoma. He was treated in the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgical Department at Military Central Hospital, where it was decided to perform a medial maxillectomy, so that the mass could be resected. Management with immunotherapy was initiated, and the patient showed a satisfactory post-operative recovery.
