ABSTRACT

In any system of quality management is implemented, requires the analysis of nonconformities as part of continuous improvement of processes, products or services. Identifying nonconformities (real or potential), does not necessarily mean that it is a system of mismanagement, but rather reflects the maturity that has the organization to identify such situations and the most important thing is that it is committed to address. Therefore if an organization fails to submit evidence of non-conformities, if there can be doubt about the effectiveness of the management system. Therefore organizations must first establish methods or mechanisms for the identification of nonconformities, define which of them can be closed with corrections and identify those that require an analysis of causes in more detail, that the purpose of focusing on what we really need a set of efforts leading to improvements and optimization of organizational resources.
