ABSTRACT

The nail deformities caused by tic is a dystrophy caused by repetitive trauma to the nails, which is usually preceded by an event of psychological stress and classified as an obsessive-compulsive disorder. Treatment should be in conjunction with psychology or sometimes with psychiatry. We report a case of this entity.
