Pneumonia for leptospira, presentation of two cases

ABSTRACT
Two cases of pneumonia are presented here in which serological and epidemiological studies confirmed a leptospirosis. The signs and symptoms of the patients, the complementary test and the results of the sera matched of leptospira are analized. It is recommended that the acute respiratory picture are analyzed more frequently with diagnostic means of leptospirosis.
