ABSTRACT

The «Round Block» periareolar mastopexy technique has been described by different authors with their own modifications in the last three decades. The use of this technique is described in patients who have mild ptotic breast (class I), achieving good results. In this work we present a new round block technique used in patients with mild ptotic breast with excellent results and fewer complications; that uses less suture material and achieves a rounder nipple areola complex, more aesthetic and better compensated.
