Pseudo class III malocclusion and radicular fracture

ABSTRACT

The pseudoclass III is a malocclusion that due to an interference oclusal, as the extrution of a tooth or the retroinclination of incisive superior, it force to the jaw to be ahead for their closing. In the patients that are in phase of growth this it can end up becoming a class III true, if it isn’t corrected appropriately. In this work the handling of a case is presented radicular fracture with displacement of the coronary part with rising projection from the jaw to the closing and dysfunction of the ATM.
