ABSTRACT

The current case report is about a 77 year-old male patient with the diagnosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage III b, treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, seven months prior to hospitalization, with clinical remision of the symptoms. The patient was actually admitted to the hospital because of pain in the left side of the face. The magnetic resonance image revelead the presence of a tumor mass in the left maxillary antrum with invasion to the temporal lobe and adjacent masticatory muscles.
