ABSTRACT

The physiologic solution has been successfully used in surgery as irrigant for more than 100 years due to its slight tissue reaction, adequate pH and mechanic dragging. Herein we present an electrolyzed solution with pH close to neutrality that accurately can substitute the physiologic solution, adding improved characteristics as high level antiseptic and hemostatic effects, induced tissue regeneration and similar analgesic effect with ketorolac. All this were demonstrated in this research.
