ABSTRACT

The Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease is a condition little known in our country, of uncertain cause, involving the lymph nodes and is often accompanied by systemic symptoms. We report the case of a young Mexican with this disease, who suffered the characteristic clinical picture that five months had lupus. We also performed a literature review.
