ABSTRACT

We present the case of a 25 years old female with history of hepatitis of unknown ethiology treated in Nicaragua two years ago. Patient is hospitalized due a new case of hepatitis. During her internment, the viral hepatitis diagnosis was rejected. It was documented that she actual and former episodes, were related to the use of oral contraceptives, changing the diagnose for cholestasis secondary to the use of medicaments.
