With the information collected were estimated kcal of food, considering the edible part.
Results. Energy foods length did not exceed 13%; the group of females generally more food consumed energy of short duration. Estimated energy content in the three schools did not exceed the 400 kcal, 70% in the lunch boxes.
Conclusions. The information collected in scholars belongs to families with an economy enough for to improve the nutrient and energy intake to avoid obesity; however, it is necessary for parents to keep the breakfast with excess of energy and nutrients for children’s growth enough to have the abilities for assimilate their learning.
