ABSTRACT

A review of the clinical records of the ABC Medical Center in Mexico City with diagnosis of Kawasaki disease, between January 1998 and May 2003. We found eight patients between 8 months and 18 years old. Echocardiograms were performed on the 8 patients, 2 were reported normal, and the others showed abnormalities. They were treated with aspirin and intravenous immunoglobulin.
