ABSTRACT

The main objective of this study is to describe the differentiation in families where the parents are in a mature adult phase of their lives and where, generally, one or some of the sons have leaved the maternal home. For this end interviews have been done to three families that were found in the mentioned phase. Three of the members of these families were interviewed to know the way in which the family dynamics are given. Schemes were done in order to locate each interviewee in their family dynamics. In this work was found that these three families have characteristics of fused indifferentiation. A discussion is done about the obtained results taking on account that this is a qualitative investigation.
