ABSTRACT
This paper documents and analyzes problems presented in its development and research graduate of the Universidad Autónoma «Benito Juárez» of Oaxaca. It highlights the major difficulties of the national graduate and their similarity those of graduate Universidad Autónoma «Benito Juárez» of Oaxaca addition to the challenges they have to face the researchers, educational institutions, the state and society.
