ABSTRACT

This paper presents the evaluation results of a training manual in social abilities for students that are taking the Applied Clinical Psychology subject. It states that the clinical psychology training is one of the most important for the psychology student. From the clinical psychologist, the social ability is one of the most important, because, in general terms the clinical psychology is an interaction between two people. A training manual was elaborated and it was evaluated with students that take this subject at the FES Iztacala. The results are presented, which are controversial. The paper suggests continuing the investigation in this field.
