ABSTRACT

Few cases of endometrial calcification are justified by osseous metaplasia of endometrium. A case of primary sterility, due to endometrial calcification is reported. Ultrasound study determined calcified linear image, for this reason hysteroscopy was carried out, which showed osseous metaplasia of endometrium that were removed and confirmed by Pathology. Patient presents six menstrual regular cycles with one spontaneous pregnancy and favourable resolution.
