ABSTRACT

Tumors of the hands of origin in soft tissues are often found and doctors should be able to distinguish between benign typical entities and entities that malignant life threatening. The lipoma of the hand occupies only 5% of tumors and differential diagnosis must be done with liposarcoma if lipomas giant, painful, or fast growing and progressive. We report tracking two cases of giant tumors of the hand, reporting histologically: lipoma and liposarcoma.
