Case Report. Aggressive Angiomyxoma of Vagina. A Rare Tumor Diagnosed

ABSTRACT

Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 35 ans, atteint d’une tumeur pédiculée du vagin charge, environ 25 x 12 x 8 cm de large résection qui l’a fait. Le rapport était conforme à angiomyxome agressif myxoide. Il s’agit d’une tumeur mésenchymateuse myxoide de croissance lente, qui apparaît principalement dans les tissus mous profonds du bassin, les femmes adultes génitales ou périnéale. Il est généralement diagnostiquée après résection chirurgicale de l’examen histopathologique. Évaluation de routine comprend: examen physique complet, l’imagerie et le rapport de pathologie de la confirmation du diagnostic.
