ABSTRACT

It is report three synovial yuxtafacet lumbar cysts; chronic compressive radicular pain was the synovial cyst related symptom. MRI is the modality of choice for diagnosis. Two cysts were located at the L4-L5 left level and one bilateral also L4-L5. Symptomatic relief was obtained postoperatively in all patients.
