ABSTRACT

Skin and mucosa can express manifestation of internal malign under two forms: paraneoplasic or metastatize. In this article we present two cases of Peutz-Jegher syndrome (PJS) diagnosed at the Provincial Pediatric Teaching Hospital «Eliseo Noel Caamaño» of Matanzas. PSJ is a paraneoplasic and hereditary disorder with low incidence. We considered important to know skin manifestation because an early diagnosis can modify the prognosis, improving the quality of life in these patients.
