ABSTRACT
This past June, the first treadmill was put to use at the Cardiology Service of the Arnaldo Milian Castro Hospital in the city of Santa Clara. The use of this equipment is of vital importance for the study of cardiovascular disease because it offers the possibility of a more accurate diagnosis and allows better management of patients by the specialists.
