ABSTRACT

We report the case of a premature infant with diagnosis of atrial septal aneurysm, as the only sign was the presence of tachycardia. The diagnosis was made by echocardiogram. Aneurysms tend to disappear during the first year of life, but should be closely monitored in these patients
