ABSTRACT

A 68 year old patient, male, white skin and previous heath diabetic history is presented, he goes to external consultation at Princess Margaret Hospital of Tuvalu, this country is located to the northwest of Australia in the South Pacific Ocean, he complained approximately two months of increase of moderate volume in the brachial biceps muscle of the right arm associated to pain. Initially it was diagnosed as an original infectious lesion which never improved to the antibiotic treatment. Two weeks later he returns for progressive increase of volume and pain of the lesion, besides discreet functional impotence. Final conclusions are given and the literature is consulted.
