ABSTRACT

This proposal seeks to address and sustain how the theoretical moral philosophical discourse has suffered in recent decades a practical shift. By practical shift I understand the passage from a tradition that is concerned with the theoretical foundation of ethics -which operated primarily during the modern era- to an approach to moral philosophy based on analysis and prompt resolution of specific cases that was gestated during the last four decades of the 20th century.
