Metastases in pituitary gland from primary breast cancer

ABSTRACT
We report a 72-year-old with a history of right breast cancer, 15 years after diagnosis of the primary neoplasm present severe headache, visual disturbances, ptosis and radiological imaging of pituitary injury, which was studied by biopsy, where reported metastatic ductal breast cancer.
