ABSTRACT

We report the case of a patient of 64 years, initially diagnosed with a nasal polyp in his left nostril and was subsequently confirmed the diagnosis histological a Respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma. The patient initially consulted by feeling clogged right ear already had several weeks of evolution, prompted medical treatment and TAC. Despite medical treatment, the patient remains symptomatic so it takes a FESS with biopsy of a polyp in left nostril only, to rule out a polyp invested. But with the pathology report indicated that a Respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma.
