ABSTRACTBackground: the psychology and philosophy have tried profusely the theme about knowing oneself, allowing become the architect of life itself, to be faithful to oneself, to live life itself (more like a main character and less like a spectator), always emphasizing on how difficult is to deepen into one’s personality and how difficult is to recognize ourselves in the various facets that comprise it. Objective: to propose a session system to stimulate the construction of life projects in students at José Martí Pérez University of Sancti Spíritus. Conclusions: the process of building life projects requires a causal approach, where individual analysis is necessary, contextualized and dynamic of each student. The diagnostic study allowed an approach to counseling needs for its proper structuring and developing of a session system with a preventative, individualized, contextualized and dynamic approach of the process, which led to the clarification of the future of each of the targets of the students involved and effectively regulate their behavior to achieve the goals.
