ABSTRACT
The ABC Medical Center has worked for over 125 years towards excellence in medicine, searching for innovation and continuous improvement, keeping as a focus patient safety. Though we have successfully maintained high-quality standards, we regularly ask ourselves what the next step is to ensure that we continue to be the best option for our patients, physicians and employees. None of this could be possible without having talented people. The ABC Medical Center pursuits, since recruitment and selection, alignment of our employees to our mission and vision, through daily experiencing our values: CUIDAR (for its acronym in Spanish). We are catalysts of talent, from technical competencies to leadership, creating an environment that provides satisfaction and belongingness. Through strengthening leadership, we potentiate communication, recognition and team work. We train and develop our talent, always bearing in mind that the centerpiece is mutual trust and respect. This guides us towards innovation and continuous improvement, whilst we guarantee our security processes. Due to this, commitment and active participation of our employees is fundamental to assure continuous self-development.REFERENCES
