ABSTRACT

A proposal to standardize both, resources and staff competence, in different stages of evacuation and treatment of the injured patients based on the collected experience of the Medical Services participating in combat actions and catastrophes is addressed. We believe that this approach can contribute to better outcomes for these patients.
