ABSTRACT

Lymphoma of the cranial vault is a highly rare clinical entity, with very few cases published in the global specialized literature. We present the clinical case of a female patient age 18 years with history of cerebral palsy and lymphoma of 2 months’ evolution, characterized by painless tumoration in the frontal region of the skull. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance of the skull showed a lesion with components in soft tissues, erosion of bone, and compromise of the meningeal epidural space. Histopathological study reported diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The patient presented a relapse of tumoration and is presently receiving chemotherapy.
