ABSTRACT

Poverty is considered a multidimensional situation that causes inequality; unequal opportunities, unequal access to opportunities to “be” or “make” income inequality, education and other social indicators of achievement. However the link of poverty and disability is a difficult situation worse and even more likely to access a better quality of life, well-being and opportunities. That is why this article aims to give an overview of the situation affecting globally but more individuals with disabilities that the conditions as a vulnerable population.
