Key words:

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, epithelioid hemangioma, Kimura’s disease.

ABSTRACT

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is considered a vascular benign tumor probably reactive in origin. The main differential diagnosis is with Kimura’s disease. We report two interesting cases, one in a 31 year old male with a recurrent angiomatous multinodular lesion in the retro auricular left fold, and the other one in a 47 year old male with 3 erythematous papular lesions in the left upper eyelid.
