ABSTRACT
A mucous extravasation fenomena in the lingual region of a newly born is reported. The lesion was treated with micro-marsupialization technique which is considered to be a simple and well tolerated surgical procedure. It offers a favorable prognosis and is non-invasive in the treatment of mucocele in the oral cavity.
