Maxilla reconstruction with calvarium graft and dental implants. A case report

ABSTRACT
The esthetic, phonetic and chewing problems associated to long evolution edentulism due to alveolar atrophy important challenge for the Maxillofacial Surgeon. Maxillar and dental organs reconstruction, dental implants as well as graft came to solve a lot of problems. We present a case of a 48 years old woman, with total edentulous maxilla who underwent reconstruction with calvarium graft, dental implants and prosthetic restoration with a favorable follow up after two years.
