ABSTRACT

The present work gives continuity to which published this magazine in the volume 7(1), 2015 titled Project "Mais Doctors for Brazil": new modality of Cuban collaboration abroad; there it is mentioned an employment contract form that the project offers and it communicates the characteristics of this way of collaboration supported by a program of continuous or permanent education that is based on the basic attention of health, that in fact converts it in a form different from Cuban medical cooperation. In this occasion the characteristics of the upgrading process are approached for the professionals inserted in the project, and it stands out as study modality the education at distance and its implementation forms, where all keep in mind the in services learning with the objective of elevating the performance of the Cuban collaborators in that area of knowledge.
