ABSTRACT

The consent informed in Mexico like a legal act was required previously alone in the event of investigation in human beings and transplants, however, starting from the previous year it has ended up being constituted in a normative requirement in a large part of activities related with the benefit of services of health. On the other hand, users’ ethical considerations exist, lenders of services and characteristic of the market of the health that they could influence so that this informed consent was formalized in writing, when it was enough an appropriate doctor-patient relationship to regulate the benefit of services of medical attention. If one of the purposes of their requirement is to limit imperfections of the market of services of health, this by itself justifies it, but their requirement will also cooperate in to limit and to solve other current problems as the case of demands against lenders of services.
