ABSTRACT

Problems in medical education, especially in postgraduate education can have an origin in residents, in the infrastructure of the medical center, for obsolete or unfulfillment of the university programs and also in the professors. In this essay we try to contribute with some ideas in relation to the problematic teachers and its scopes of repercussion, we also make considerations to face them.
