retiform parapsoriasis, cutáneous lymphoma.

ABSTRACT

The retiform parapsoriasis is a rare cutáneous condition, classified within the large plaque parapsoriasis group. Clinically is characterized by a widespread plaque, which may show epidermal progressive atrophia. There is a typical generalized retiform pattern. These have been reported to progress to a cutáneous lymphoma, and for this reason to follow the patients for several years is necessary. A clinical case of retiform parapsoriasis with chronic evolution is presented.
