ABSTRACT

Anaplastic large cell lymphoma is a high-grade non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma recognized by the expression of the CD30 marker and by its morphology. There are two major groups: the primary cutaneous and the systemic nodal, the most common form.
We report a man who developed tchy lesions over the trunk. Physical examination showed hiperkeratotic macules over the extremities and trunk, and a infiltrated cervical tumor. The skin biopsy showed a ichthyosis acquisita and the cervical mass biopsy showed a ganglionar anaplastic large cell lymphoma, with extraganglionar spread.
Ichthyosis acquisita is a paraneoplastic syndrome rarely observed in patients with malignant diseases, it has been recognized in lymphoproliferative malignancies. This is the five case report of acquired ichthyosis associated with anaplastic large-cell lymphoma.
