ABSTRACT

The report that is presented constitutes an approach of the application of the scientific conception of the genetic multiple transformacional to the processes linked with the institutional cultural administration, which allows to promote the dynamic balance between the man and the cultural subprocesos and the community-social environment on scientific bases starting from the application of the method genetic multiple transformacional in function of gestating the propelled development or the autodesarrollo of the contexts micro (subprocesos) and macro (process totalitarian of the institution), he/she has as objective to socialize the pattern of administration genetic transformacional and the results of its application summed up in the elaboration of the system of administration of the quality of the Technical University of Cotopaxi.
