ABSTRACT

The osteoarthropathy hypotrophic is a not very frequent affection and it can be secondary to multiple sufferings inside those that play a fundamental paper the lung affections, presents specific clinical manifestations that make suppose its diagnosis although the differential diagnosis in occasions you restitution difficult to carry out. A patient is presented from 29 years of age to which is carried out the I diagnose of this affection.
