ABSTRACT

At the present time the files possess great importance in the organizations when affirming the security that they have the documents, of the acts and the facts executed by the institutions, like evidences that are good them to establish their identities and to fulfill their social obligations. With this work, it was evaluated through the application of surveys the existent situation in the Camagüey territory on the domain and knowledge of the documental Administration, in the managerial organizations. The results of the study served as base for the design of a theoretical model that allows the development of a culture archivist in the organizations to favor the abilities in the creation, development and conservation of the documentation through the SGD in the same ones.
