ABSTRACT

The pedagogical activity, scientific performance and work as leader of the Licentiate Ursula López Fondén, who at her 42 years of work constitutes a personality of compulsory advice when it is intended to deepen in the history of the Health Technology Faculty from Santiago de Cuba, are highlighted. She worked in the institution from its beginnings, when it was a Health Polytechnic, in which she had diverse responsibilities, such as subdirector, head and dean; up to 2005, when this institution became the Health Technology Faculty, where she is linked to teaching as a consulting teacher.
