ABSTRACT

We present a case from a 21 years old man, with history of 3 episodes of bacterial meningitis Gram-positive cocci (CGP) in the last two years, with no history of head trauma or known immunodeficiency. The diagnostic approach was performed, discarding immunodeficiency syndrome; based on imaging studies such as Cisternography cerebrospinal fluid fistula was documented in skull base petrosa left mastoid region to ipsilateral neck muscles.
