ABSTRACT

In educative process in the medical residences and the boarding school the different activities of professors and students should be respected. When supervision, evaluation and qualification are generated fulfilling the process professionally allows that the courses are being updated and detecting problems earlier avoiding greater consequences and allow that when providing a qualification the students know their educative reality and the whole society knows the fulfillments of each physician and thus they allow to be found out the profiles of each professional to his debit.
