ABSTRACT

The obstruction of the airway secondary some strange leather inhaled already is in trachea or bronchi, with it takes a symptomatology very changed from cough up to respiratory commitment that deserves support ventilation. The bronchoaspiration is in the habit of appearing more commonly in the first stages of the life. Let’s sense beforehand 2 cases which have similarity since both patients were submitted to surgical Resection of the larynx staying with tracheotomy permanently and they had foreign body in trachea and secondary bronchus to break of branch distal of tube of metallic tracheostomy. They were submitted to extraction by Bronchoscopy. Strangers exist different technologies and attachments for the extraction of body in air route, but always it is a challenge in patients in which it does not have route of entry.
